Education System

As a result of the excellent standards of education upheld by Canadian universities and colleges and the widespread international recognition
       of Canadian degrees, it is simpler for international students to get job right after graduation.

Diploma/ Advanced Diploma

In Canada, there is an option of a co-op work term, giving the student a chance to get real-world experience. These employment conditions may
       be compensated or unpaid. The programmes would last for two or three years.

Bachelor’s Degree

Bachelor Degrees are awarded by Universities/ University Colleges/ Community Colleges after 3 or 4 years of full-time study and can lead to
       graduate level studies.

Post graduate diplomas/ certificates

A Bachelor's Degree or an Undergraduate Diploma is required to enrol in these programmes.

Masters Degree

For people with a bachelor's degree, recent graduates interested in advanced knowledge and research, and those who want to expand their
       professional opportunities, it is an optional course. After completing four years of undergraduate study, it has a period of one or two years and
       can be pursued.

Doctorate or PhD

PhDs are higher-level degrees that typically take three to seven years to finish.


Careers and Employment Opportunities

Depending on their study authorization, students may be authorized to work on or off campus.

Foreign students who are enrolled in a publicly supported university and have been granted a study permit are permitted to work up to 20
       hours during regular academic and all hours during scheduled breaks off campus throughout their studies.

They are not required to obtain a work permit in order to work off-campus.

The post-graduation job program, certain students can continue working for up to three years after they graduate.
